A nice healthy take on the traditional Mac’n’Cheese. Served well with a carrot, garlic, and bacon fusion.

Ingredients

  • Macaroni
  • Green pesto
  • Feta
  • Haloumi
  • Flat leafed parsley
  • Fresh spinach leaves
  • Eggs
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. Cook the macaroni
  2. Fry the haloumi
  3. Mix the haloumi, pesto, parsley, feta, and add salt and pepper
  4. Put half of the mix into a dish
  5. Add a layer of spinach leaves and grind some salt and pepper
  6. Pour the other half of the mac mix on top of the leaves
  7. Crack the eggs one at a time and distribute over the food
