Ingredients
- Macaroni
- Green pesto
- Feta
- Haloumi
- Flat leafed parsley
- Fresh spinach leaves
- Eggs
- Salt and pepper
Steps
- Cook the macaroni
- Fry the haloumi
- Mix the haloumi, pesto, parsley, feta, and add salt and pepper
- Put half of the mix into a dish
- Add a layer of spinach leaves and grind some salt and pepper
- Pour the other half of the mac mix on top of the leaves
- Crack the eggs one at a time and distribute over the food
